Contact-Based Client Portal Accounts

You can now create client portal accounts directly for individual contacts, without relying on company-level user accounts. This new approach gives you greater flexibility in managing client access and communication.

Each contact on the client profile now includes a dedicated “User account” option, making it easy to activate, edit, and manage access. Usernames are prefilled, permissions can be customized, and credentials can be sent instantly. Contacts can also reset their own passwords directly from the login screen, improving autonomy and reducing admin overhead.

Direct Delivery to Client Portal

Project delivery is now faster and more seamless. Files can be sent directly to the Client Portal from the Delivery task, eliminating extra steps and simplifying client communication.

With just a few clicks, you can upload deliverables, notify relevant contacts, and include a custom message. Clients receive clear instructions and can easily access their files through the portal, improving transparency and efficiency.

Improved HubSpot Integration

Orchestrum now automatically matches HubSpot deals with the Companies.

If a matching company already exists in HubSpot, the deal is automatically linked to it. This ensures better organization, accurate grouping of deals, and improved visibility across your sales pipeline.

Simplified Quote Confirmation

The quote confirmation process has been streamlined to reduce friction and prevent missed responses.

Clients no longer need to click both “Accept quote” and “Send response.” Now, their response is submitted instantly upon clicking “Accept quote,” minimizing confusion and ensuring faster confirmations.

Stability Improvements

This release also includes a range of bug fixes and small enhancements to improve overall performance and day-to-day usability.
