Transforming How Today’s PM Teams Work

In early December, Athens hosted the ELIA Focus PM 2025 conference, bringing together project managers and localization leaders for three days of intensive learning, networking, and knowledge exchange. During the event, Orchestrum took center stage as part of the workshop Fit for the Future: Tools That Empower Today’s Project Managers.

Orchestrum – A Tool Built for PMs, Presented to PMs

During the session, Marina Orešković (Across Systems) and Katarina Barun Baotić (Ciklopea) demonstrated how Orchestrum was designed in collaboration with experienced localization PMs. Attendees saw firsthand how the system:

  • Reduced administrative workloads
  • Automated repetitive processes
  • Centralized all project-relevant data
  • Delivered actionable business insights

The presentation highlighted real examples of how Orchestrum helped PMs focus on meaningful, high-impact work – instead of manual operational tasks.

Meeting the Needs of a Modern Localization Industry

As discussed during the workshop, PM teams today navigate increasingly complex challenges. Orchestrum proved to be a valuable solution for improving:

  • Decision-making
  • Transparency
  • Cross-team collaboration
  • Overall efficiency and predictability

The system’s design aligns with the industry’s evolution, offering clarity, structure, and intelligent automation.

Where Process Meets Purpose

The conference’s theme – “The Agora of Project Management: Where Process Meets Purpose” – mirrored Orchestrum’s core philosophy: a single place where processes, people, data, and decisions meet.

Participants left the session with a clearer understanding of how Orchestrum supports PMs in managing both daily tasks and long-term business strategies.

A Strong Presence in Athens

Orchestrum’s participation at Focus PM 2025 reinforced our role as one of the most forward-thinking TBMS platforms in the industry.

The exchange of ideas, feedback from PMs, and hands-on demos contributed to a highly successful and insightful experience.

We’d like to thank everyone who attended the workshop and look forward to new collaborations and implementations inspired by this event!
